I've been a bit under the weather lately which has prevented me from pre-writing my blog posts for this week. I left to meet up with my parents in Rome this past Saturday, so I'm going to be taking the rest of the week of from blogging so I can enjoy the week in Rome with my family. See you next week!
Prior to leaving I made sure to pack some travel snacks. I can get pretty hangry (hungry + angry) when I don't eat meals on time. Traveling can really mess with those meal times - especially in overseas flights that feed you according to the time of your destination - not the destination you were coming from (something I never could understand). Also, food on planes and in airports is SO expensive! Because of this I've become a snack packing pro. Below are my favorite options.
1) Granola bars or 'healthy' cookies
2) Nuts and/or a fruit and nut mix
4) String cheese
